Drop Cloth Curtains, Hiding Baby Chicks

I added a mud room on the back of my house.
It was going to be a laundry room but the price to run the pipes
was WAY more than I could afford.

As you can see the walls aren't finished yet.....

And it's a catch all for all my projects!
I've been finding some great stuff at
my Good Will!!!

Wait till you see!

Someday I'll get this room done!

I needed a closet door, but since the litter box is in there.......

and these precious
little babies..........

Of which I have in hiding from
THE BOYFRIEND!

The Boyfriend does not share in my enthusiasm
for chickens.......

Drop cloth curtains to the rescue!

These are perfect!
 I love them!

The funny thing is The Boyfriend hears the
little peep, peep, peeps.......

I keep telling him it's from a nest some birds
built in the drain pipe on the back porch.

He keeps saying "they sure are loud"!!!

HA HA HA

When they get feathers they can go outside with
everybody else.
The Boyfriend will never notice.......

By the way,
see the brown one,
she's smart,
she listens to me!
Believe me I know..........

Have a wonderful Mother's Day everybody!!

  4. Oh, this is too funny! Sounds like something my mom would do! It's usually a few days after my mom brings home a new animal that my dad finds out! Funny! I do love the drop cloth curtains! I wish I'd thought of that before I bought my Ikea drapes...I think they would have been cheaper and probably not wrinkle so easily? Maybe when I get tired of these, I'll put up drop cloth!
    Best Wishes and Blessings,
